  • Arrival: 5:25PM, Friday 09/23/22
  • Proceed through Immigration, then continue to the baggage claim area.
  • After claiming your luggage, proceed through Customs.
  • Look for Sixt Rent-a-Car (between exit 1 & 2) with a Tauck sign, 
Located in Terminal A. The shortest way is through exit #1 from baggage claim.
  • Transfer is 30 minute to Bristol. May be shared with other Tauck guests.
  • Around 7:30 PM arrive BRISTOL HOTEL
  • Check in as a member of the Tauck "Warsaw, Budapest, Vienna & Prague" tour. 
  • On Day 1, the Tauck Director will message regarding any activities scheduled for the remainder of the day and for that evening. 

Johnson Travel Plan

- Sep 20 (or earlier): Leave Seattle for Warsaw. - Delta
- Sep 21 (at latest): Arrive in Warsaw.
- Sep 23: take a guided day trip to Lodz and Ozorkow.
- Oct 7:  fly to Munich
- Oct 18/19: Leave to Seattle - Delta

IN CASE OF ISSUES: 

Luggage

  • If unable to locate luggage, file a claim.
  • Call and advise our local transfer provider of status. 
  • Do not leave the baggage area until filing a missing luggage claim. Warning: we can't return to the baggage claim area.

Delayed flight

  • ASAP Notify Sixt Executive - Poland of our new arrival time. They provide transportation

When phoning, be sure to state that we are traveling with Tauck. At any time,

  • FROM INSIDE THE U.S. OR CANADA, dial 011 48 693 212 535.
  • FROM INSIDE POLAND, dial 00 48 693 212 535.

As shown in the preceding telephone number, calling internationally from most countries (other than the U.S.) you must first dial "00" but this may vary.

If using a cell phone with international calling capability, dial as if calling from home using the appropriate country-specific instructions above.

Substantial delays (will cause missing the start of tour)

    • Call Tauck's 24-hour number, 1-800-468-2825. If outside the U.S., dial 001 203-899-6500. 
When calling Tauck after office hours, a recording leaves a detailed message. Include our name, the Tauck tour, and any change in our arrival time, including flight information, if applicable. (Tauck will respond promptly to messages left outside of normal business hours, and we will also notify our Tauck Director of our revised arrival time.)

  • It takes us about 18 hours to get from Prague to Nashville. 
  • 3:30 AM - Leave hotel
  • 6:35 AM - Fly from Prague
  • 7:45 AM - Arrive Heathrow (two hours) Terminal 5
  • 7:45 AM to 3:05 PM - Spend time in the BA Lounge in Terminal 5
  • 3:05 PM - Depart Heathrow.
  • 6:05 PM - Arrive Nashville (nine hours) 
  • Clear Customs and Immigration (Nashville has Global Entry Kiosk)
